My Background

 

I qualified in Sports Science and Exercise Physiology and began my career as a Fitness Coach at Ulster Rugby & then became the first Sports Scientist for England Rugby. Following this, I became a Performance Consultant for professional football clubs in areas of Fitness, Fatigue, Sleep & Recovery.

I work with Executives, Entrepreneurs & Entertainers across many different industries, coaching behaviours on stress, sleep, nutrition and exercise to enhance health & performance.

Here’s what we’ll do together…

“We’ll start by measuring your lifestyle to generate physiological insights into how your body is reacting to its environment.”

  • Measure

    I’ll profile your stress, sleep and exercise and create a digital physiological model of your body based on heart rate variability (HRV) analysis and 3D motion tracking.

    I’ll send you an ECG-based measurement device that pairs to your phone in real-time and we’ll get insights into your stress management, physical activity, relaxation and sleep quality.

    What gets measured gets managed!

  • Feedback

    Once we’ve profiled your physiology and learn how your body is reacting to your lifestyle, we’ll work together to develop an Action Plan. This will be an agreed set of behaviours and actions for you to commit to in order to create a better balance.

    I’ll then work with you, supporting and challenging you on how you’re implementing these changes to your lifestyle.

  • Coach

    Once you’ve started implementing your actions, we can schedule checkins or new measurement phases periodically so we can track any changes to your stress, sleep and fitness, allowing us to measure your progress and update your Action Plan.

    I’ll work with you to break through any challenges you face and provide encouragement to keep you focused & motivated.

  • Step One

    I’ll start by measuring your stress, sleep and activity levels as well as confidentially assess lifestyle factors to gather objective data.

  • Step Two

    We’ll meet in a private 1:1 session to discuss your data, dive a bit deeper and then agree on a set of goals & actions for you to take forward.

  • Step Three

    I’ll provide you with tools to continue tracking your actions for us to create behaviour change using an evidence-based, data-driven approach.

  • Step Four

    We’ll meet again on a recurring basis for me to encourage you as well as map your progress towards your health & wellness goals.

Measuring your “HRV”

 
 

You’ll receive a measurement device which you will own and pair to your smartphone using an app which you can download from your app store.

You can then access the app to make repeated measurements (often 3-5 days in duration) for a set time period, usually across 3 months.

We will meet to discuss your results and agree an action plan and how to create accountability which we will review at our next appointment.

We can then keep in touch with each via WhatsApp in between consultations.
